<p>Mohenjo-daro, in the Sindh region, was one of the largest cities of the Indus Valley Civilization, built around 2600 BCE. It displays remarkable urban planning, with a grid of streets, standardized baked bricks, covered drains and a monumental structure known as the Great Bath.</p><p>Its rediscovery in the 1920s revealed one of the world's earliest and most sophisticated urban cultures.</p>
